We expressly reserve all other rights, including non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of the Materials from the Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without the express prior written permission of GEDC.  You may not sell, write, modify, redistribute, or otherwise use the Materials for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from GEDC. Neither GEDC, nor its Representatives, shall have any liability relating to or resulting from the use of the Website and the Materials or any error or omission therein. The Materials on the Website relate to services for older adults, their caregivers, and healthcare providers involved in the care of older adults.
