Goals
- To highlight best practices of nurse case managers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers in the Geriatric ED
- To illustrate the different approaches each might take to some core geriatric ED presentations – falls, confusion, functional decline
- To provide all ED clinicians with some clinical pearls that they can use or adapt for their own practice.
