The GEDC bootcamp offers tailored hands-on training for your team.Inquire
Our Bootcamp is fully tailored to your institution enabling you to implement geriatric practice, encourage QI projects, and prepare for ACEP GEDA accreditation. Our faculty work with you directly to meet your needs and goals.
Bootcamp is custom-designed to train a multidisciplinary team from a single institution/health care system in optimal ED care for older adults.
Have you already had a GEDC Boot Camp in your health care system/hospital? Do you have one or multiple hospitals that have launched geriatric-focused QI initiatives within the ED?Inquire
The GEDC Booster will help those institutions/systems that have already implemented Geri ED initiatives reinvigorate and elevate their current project.
The booster is tailored in collaboration with the GEDC faculty to your institution and team’s needs.
Geri ED Course
The Geri ED course is a one-day in-person training course aimed at ED interdisciplinary teams from multiple hospitals or systems in a given region. This course gives your team the skills, strategies, and resources they need for quality improvement that enhances the care of older people in your ED.Inquire
Are you a health system with 6 or more Emergency Departments that are implementing QI Initiatives centred on improved care of older people? The Geri ED Course team is available to present a course specific to your health care system.
