Welcome to the Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative! The GEDC is a nationwide collaborative of Member hospitals and health systems dedicated to improving the quality of care for older people in Emergency Departments. In order to begin our Consulting Engagement, please complete this informational form, which will help us collect the necessary contact information, emergency department information and emergency department demographics to get started. By submitting this information, you will become a GEDC Member, gaining you access to a variety of free resources and events that can help you in meeting your goals for improving the quality of care for older people in your Emergency Department.
Discovery
In order to begin the ED Evaluation, our Core Faculty requires baseline information and data. Please complete this initial Discovery Survey. The survey should take no longer than X minutes and should be completed in one sitting.
